Caught an early morning train from London St Pancras to Paris on the 17th day!! The train ride was about two and a half hours, we bought Pret-a-Manger up on board for breakfast and basically slept the rest of the time.
The first place I wanted to go upon arrival was the well known Cafe Kitsuné at Palais Royal for some coffee!!
Café Kitsuné fits the bill for my ideal first day in Paris. Facing the beautiful garden Le Jardin du Palais Royal, we grabbed our coffee and enjoyed it outdoors by the fountain (until it got way too windy we almost flew away).
The garden reminded me of Nami Island! No better backdrop to enjoy coffee in, right? It's so aesthetically pleasing ^_^
After which we checked into our Airbnb in Nation!
It was tiniest studio with the most uncomfortable sofa bed but yet it was so cosy! The 3D TV was huge and every night was just spent Netflix and chill in' :> Nation is also pretty convenient with 4 metro lines and one rail (RER)!
Popped over to a random French cafe near our studio for lunch!! Food in Paris contains a ton of vegetable, idk why but ugh..
En route to Notre dame!
Ten points for your balcony game, Paris!!
#BalconyEnvy #gamestrong
hahaha my resting face also game strong!
Awe-inspiring!! The cathedral is absolutely stunning and probably one of the most famous in the world! I only wish I had take a little more time to explore the interior and go to the top for the best vantage point of Paris but the queue was beyond ridiculous :-(
Parisian architecture is just sick!
First day in Paris has over 50 blog-worthy pictures because we visited the Lourve right after so i'll save that for the next post :p
