Mona Lisa lives here!!! But we didn't get to see her because we're not art geeks and it wasn't worth the queue. I Lourve this place <3
So you know, I was telling Bernard that I want him to take a picture of me touching the Lourve. I thought he understood what I meant but for 15 mins, my pictures turned out like that:
LIKE UGHHHH I WANT TO BE TOUCHING THE TIP OF THE LOURVE!!!
LIKE THIS:
After which I guess he understood so...
I just don't understand why my hair made me look like some crazy woman... sobs, so ugly sia
"Oh there's nothing I would't do, to make you feel my Lourve"
There was not one nice picture of us at the Lourve hahaha!! Nonetheless I had a good time embracing the amazing French facade.
Before we knew it, the sun was setting and it was time for dinner!! Walked past the gorgeous Opera House while walking aimlessly to find food. I was literally so hungry that night I could eat anything.
We settled down at yet another random French cafe. I really wanted to eat Foie Gras in Paris so I finally saw it on the menu and ordered it. It was not what I expected at all lmao, literally that slab of brown-yellow thing in between both the bread is the Foie Gras!! I wanted to cry cause it looked so weird but yet tasted oddly satisfying. Bernard couldn't stand even the sight of my food and I couldn't stand the sight of his as well. He ordered the Beef tartare - a famous dish in Paris. I can't deal with anything raw so.. yup. That was our first dinner in paris and it was alright I guess!!
