Another semester down

Yay met up with my group mates (and their partners, for the first time!) last week for dinner at Din Tai Fung. It was a great night enjoying the end of exams as well as worrying about our results that are coming out in 8 days >_< 

Ended the night out at my workplace since we were nearby! Hehe glad that they enjoyed the drinks (made by Bernard). Cheers to another semester down, one last semester to go and we're going to be graduating!!!! Time flies when you have amazing group mates, seriously can't imagine school without bunch.

Let me start by saying that it was one of the worst days ever. Nothing went right that day (apart from my presentation, it didn't go too bad)! So, I dropped my phone the moment I got out of my car and it shattered into like a billion pieces T_T !!! AND THEN I CUT MY FINGER WITH THE BROKEN GLASS. All these happened RIGHT BEFORE my presentation and I was crying like a mad dog in the carpark for a good five minutes before heading up to present on my project. And then I was late for work, and because I was late for work, I had to carry a ton of documents home because I couldn't finish my work in time. And because I sent my phone for repair, I didn't have a GPS to drive to my destination and I was like a lost child on the road. Basically one of those horrible days lar ugh talk abt it I wanna fume. 

Thx for reading my rant guys 

Yes, I didn't even bother wearing heels for my presentation cause no shit was given that morning : )

A good ramen lunch to celebrate the end of presentations and submission. Phew! 

Dinner with Amber

Five & Dime with Amber on Monday night!! All my favourite things on the table - Mentaiko Pasta, Lobster Mac & Cheese and oh, a new found classic: Salted egg yolk chocolate lava cake #win.

 So glad that my homie is back after 8 months.. we had drinks at Holland when she came back and finally a proper dinner ketchup last Monday. Drinks at my work place after dinner (I'm clearly an over attached worker) - OverEasy @ Fullerton!

Carissa's 21st Birthday Part II

Dinner at Prego on Carissa's actual birthday! Ah.. food coma really. EVERYTHING was so good!!!

Happy birthday 21st Carissa!! You have the kindest and sweetest heart I know, full of expressions and humour. Thank you for being such a great friend, here's to more supper dates (prata, mango sago, ice tea, YTF and too many else to name), late night adventures and companionship! May you be continually blessed xx 

Carissa's 21st Birthday Part I

sigh can't get enough of Tanuki.. I want to bring the whole world there. Weekend lunch with the usuals - Carissa, Aric, Bryan lee, Bernard and Kyle.

went over to Lady M for cakes and to celebrate Carissa's birthday!! Their cakes are lovely but so overrated and their service is pretty damm bad. Their indoor space at Orchard Central is dead gorgeous though.

Finally Friday and it feels like a draining week. Thankful that July is finally here but also really afraid of what it has to offer. Exams are exactly one month away and while I have very happily completed all submissions, I have to balance between revision, 4 days of work a week and my social life. Pls be kind, July.
