1. The new Plaza sg extension has been my favourite dining destination ever since it opened last year and Hoshino Coffee is one of the restaurant/cafe I've been wanting to try for the longest time but the queue is pretty insane on weekends or even weeknights. Amber and I were planning to have lunch at Canele but she was late so I walked around and saw that the queue for Hoshino coffee was pretty decent so I technically made her eat it with me HAH 

#onthetable: Lobster bisque soup spaghetti - western dish with a japanese touch, I absolutely love it! Chicken teriyaki sandwich - it's plain but nice, beats Subway though.... 

last but not least, their very own and popular Soufflé Pancakes - It's thick yet fluffy and airy and light and soft but not quite up to standard and as good as they say mm

Definitely worth a try though!

2. We were suppose to meet for lunch at La Noona's located at Holland Village however it was full house that afternoon so we decided to give a fair chance to it's neighbour, Barossa. Barossa is a Australian inspired bar and restaurant. It's relatively quiet all day but seems like a nice place to chill.

Pizza with a side of insistent waiter who recommended beer as a non alcoholic drink and oh, pathetic looking potato gratin. Ask if i'll visit this place again? no.

Been hanging out at Holland too often lately, their Starbucks/food/atmosphere is too addictive and now that Toffee nut latte is back (meh) but in exactly a week's time it'll mark the end of major exams and also my escape from this country... YAY (what a rough night, really)

Amber: this is the ugliest yet best tasting cheese cake i've seen
