wew, with my first submission for University settled, I'm finally going to start blogging about Hong Kong!! This trip started with "Omg Jetstar having sale, flights to HK super cheap!" and then the next thing we know it, "FLIGHTS BOOKED!" Yeah, we're crazy like that. I'm so thankful for this crazy bunch of friends who was totally in it together with me HEHE!
Uhm, cocktails before a 9:40 am flight? CHECK!
FOOOOOOD, glorious foooooood! Yeah, Bernard and Carissa are the slighter crazier foodies. They are adventurous and want to try everything while Aric and I are just the safe people who eat normal stuff cause we #BASIC. Normal stuff includes my favourite curry fish ball and squid.. so happy to have been reunited with my favourite food.
FYI the weather was so good when we arrived!
After roaming the streets of Mongkok, we proceeded to have dinner at a famous Dim Sum place called DIM DIM SUM (lol)
Everything on the menu was apparently reasonably priced for Hong Kong standard though I really can't deal with how expensive food can be in Hong Kong. It was a super good "first meal" to the start of the trip! And look how cute the liu sha pig buns are??
