I barely have any photos for the 3rd day in Paris because we went outlet shopping! We went to La Valleé Village, it was pretty easy to get to (a straight RER line from our Airbnb station - Nation)! It had a number of high end brands like Givenchy, Burberry, Coach etc but no Prada :-( I didn't buy anything but guess who's the biggest spend? Mr Bernado of course! He bought a ton of Ralph Lauren and this is me half the time when we're overseas:
Literally when there's a *minimum 5 pcs* rule, sobs...
Tourist privileges got us free rose gelato, macarons and tea from the super famous Amorino #YEAHLATO ~~ We even made new Singaporean friends while shopping at Tod's and they very kindly gave us their 15% coupon when we didn't even know about such tourist discounts! Bumped into them again at Amorino and we sat down tgt and literally talk and made friends, they even offered to bring us to this Chinese restaurant for dinner!!
But it would've probably been awkward so we ate ourselves at a super famous burger place nearby.
Our last day in Paris was a major day for me because I was going to get my bag!! We set off to Galeries Lafayette with all our luggages and had the smartest idea of dropping it off at a hotel nearby lol!
A random building we walked past.. so gorg.
I didn't manage to take a photo of the mall but look just how crazy it is!??! I finally decided on buying a Celiné nano which was way over my budget but I guess it's worth it.
LITERALLY. THE. HAPPIEST. MOMENT. OF. MY. LIFE.
Tea and Hot Chocolate at Angelina's! Their Hot Choc is insane, so damm rich and goes so well with the whip cream. But it's also the evil thing that made Bernard have such bad stomach pains at the London customs HAHAHA I was trying so hard to control my laughter because it's the second time on the trip that it's happened - the # I CAN SHIT IN MY PANTS RIGHT NOW moment HAHA!
Headed off to dinner in the beautiful sunset, half the time rushing like mad cause we didn't keep track of time.
A random cosy diner recommended by the hotel. I had to have carpaccio with cheese in Paris! Bernard ordered their mac & cheese, not a shabby meal to end of Paris! Just a huge pity that we had to rush like mad but the manager was nice enough to quickly serve us our food knowing that we're catching the train back to London :-(
One final day spent in London before heading back to Singapore the day after - more in the final post! X
